Shipping Info
How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and dropped off at the post office between Monday-Friday.

In-stock items being shipped to addresses within Malaysia are sent via Pos Malaysia will usually take 1-3 business days to arrive. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your package to reach you.

How about international shipping?

International orders will usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on local customs and the size of a package. International orders may be subject to being held by your local Customs Authority for an additional period of time depending on custom laws in your country. As a result, please allow up to 3-6 weeks for your package to be delivered.

NOTE: If orders are shipped to addresses outside of Malaysia, the receiver will be responsible for any import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your local Customs Authority or Government. If these imports are not paid, then we will refund items purchased but not shipping costs.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be provided as soon as the product is dropped off at the post office for delivery. It should be sent in a confirmation message or email, depending on how the order was placed.

My package was delivered but I did not receive anything. What should I do?

Please ask your neighbours or any other person living with you if they have signed for your package and check your mailbox. If you still can't find it, check for your package at your local post office. Remember to bring your ID with you. If you still can't find the package, please contact us at signedredza@gmail.com and let us know.

My package was returned to sender. What should I do?

If your package was returned to us, we will refund the items purchased but not shipping costs. Please ensure that the address you've provided is valid. If you would still like to receive your items, please place a new order.

I can't find the confirmation email of my order. Help?

Please check your Spam box, it's possible that it landed in there. It is also possible that an invalid email address was provided. Please contact us at signedredza@gmail.com and we can help you fix this.

How can I change my order?

If you find that an incorrect order was placed, please notify us immediately at signedredza@gmail.com If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to change it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify your order. If you'd like to add additional items, please place a new order.

My item is the wrong colour, size or variant. Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges, returns or refunds for wrong sizes, colours or variants.

Return Policy
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund if we are out of stock.

Please include the following information with your return:

- Your mailing address
- Your phone number
- Order confirmation number
- What is being returned and why
- How you would like us to handle your return or exchange.

We recommend that the items are returned to us through a mail service which provides tracking and/or insurance. We are NOT responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your return order to be processed.
